The Proceedings Monastica historia V: Monastic Libraries in East Central and Eastern Europe between the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment is the outcome of the International Conference Monastic Libraries between the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment held on 7 to 9 December 2020 at the University of Hradec Králové. It was financially supported by the research grant entitled The Gate of Wisdom Open. The Baroque Cultural Heritage of the Rajhrad and Broumov Monasteries: Protection, Restoration, and Presentation of the NAKI II (National and Cultural Identity, No. DG16P02R047) project provided by the Ministry of Culture, Czech Republic.

Sborník Monastica historia V: Monastic Libraries in East Central and Eastern Europe between the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment je doprovodnou publikací ke konferenci Monastic Libraries between the Middle Ages and the Enlightenment konané ve dnech 7.–9. prosince 2020 na Univerzitě Hradec Králové. Je výsledkem projektu s názvem Brána moudrosti otevřená. Barokní kulturní dědictví klášterů Broumov a Rajhrad: ochrana, restaurování, prezentace v programu Národní a kulturní identity (NAKI II) č. DG16P02R047, jehož poskytovatelem je Ministerstvo kultury ČR.
